TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern use of Tactile at https://tactilehub.in, including its catalogue, AI Visualizer, SketchUp plugin, project tools, carts and vendor enquiry features (the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by Tactile Enterprises, a Sole Proprietorship at No.130 Choolai High Road, Choolai, Chennai, 600112 (“Tactile”, “we”, “us”).
Acceptance and accounts
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, downloading/connecting the plugin or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If acting for a business, you confirm authority to bind it. Provide accurate details, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access to support@tactilehub.in
Platform services
Tactile helps users discover materials, access SKU-coded material assets, visualise materials with AI, use materials in SketchUp, organise SKUs by project and contact vendors. Features may change, be limited or discontinued. Some features may require payment or eligibility.
Projects, SKUs and carts
Users may create or select projects and associate SKUs with them. When supported, selecting/applying a material through the plugin syncs the SKU to the selected project's cart. A cart entry is not an order, stock reservation, confirmed price or purchase. Review the project and cart before sending an enquiry.
Vendors and transactions
Tactile may send an enquiry and the information you submit to the vendor you choose. Vendors are independent third parties responsible for their quotations, availability, product quality, pricing, delivery, installation, warranties, returns, invoicing and fulfilment. Unless a checkout explicitly says otherwise, any product sale contract is between you and the vendor; Tactile is not the seller or manufacturer.
AI and plugin
AI outputs are illustrative and may not accurately reproduce colour, grain, scale, texture, lighting, joints or final installed appearance. Verify specifications and physical samples with the vendor. The SketchUp plugin is licensed for your lawful use in design workflows; you may not resell, redistribute, bypass authentication, interfere with the service or bulk-extract the catalogue except where law permits.
User content and intellectual property
You retain rights you own in uploads. You grant Tactile a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and adapt content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the features you use, including AI processing and forwarding an enquiry to your selected vendor. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload the content. Tactile and its licensors retain rights in the Platform, software, branding and catalogue structure; vendor assets remain subject to their owners' rights.
Prohibited use
Do not use the Platform unlawfully; infringe rights; submit fraudulent enquiries; upload malware; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or bulk-copy catalogue assets without permission; misuse another user's account; or upload content you are not authorised to use.
Fees, suspension and termination
Fees and taxes must be displayed before payment. Applicable billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms appear in the Payment Policy and checkout. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, legal compliance or material breach, and will provide notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided on an available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect catalogue data, vendor responses, stock or exact digital-to-physical material correspondence. Nothing excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability cap or indemnity must be approved by Indian counsel before publication.
Law, disputes and contact
These Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules. Proposed venue: Chennai,Tamil nadu to be confirmed by counsel.
