4. SUBSCRIPTION, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to paid Tactile services sold by Tactile Enterprises. Publish only after verifying that it matches the live pricing, checkout and payment configuration.
Prices and Renewal
Tactile will display the price, billing interval, included features and applicable taxes before a user commits to a purchase. The currency is INR unless otherwise stated.
GST will be charged and invoices or receipts issued as required by applicable law. If automatic renewal is enabled, Tactile will clearly disclose the renewal amount, frequency and cancellation method and obtain the required authorisation.
Cancellation
Cancellation Method: Users can cancel their subscription through Profile → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, where available, or by emailing from their registered email address.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, cancellation stops future renewals, while access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or the terms displayed at checkout.
Refunds
Refund requests should be sent to with the user's registered account email, transaction reference and reason for the request.
Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded. If a paid service was not activated due to Tactile's fault and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, Tactile will consider an appropriate refund or service extension.
Fees for a billing period that has already started are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the terms displayed at checkout.
Failed Payments
Paid access may be delayed or suspended if a payment fails or remains outstanding. Users should contact for assistance with payment-related issues.
Users must never email or otherwise share full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials with Tactile.
